Tasha Stewart, Registered Massage therapist (RMT)
Tasha Stewart is a graduate of the 3000 hour Registered Massage Therapy program (WCCMT 2001) with the majority of her practice at UBC where she treated varsity & professional athletes as well as students, professors, residents, and coaches. She is always keen to explore what activities of daily life & biomechanics may either be supporting or hindering a person’s function. She continues to greatly value the growth that comes with treating a wide variety of clients. Tasha began studying dance at the age of 4 including ballet, jazz & contemporary, to hip hop and break dancing. She has completed yoga teacher training, and Daoist Medical Qigong training to the Master’s level.
Kayla Kyle-Moffat, Registered Massage therapist (RMT)
Kayla graduated from the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy (VCMT) and has gained experience treating people with musculo-skeletal injuries (sprains, muscle strains, joint dislocations, disc herniations), and systemic issues such as HIV/AIDS, hypertension, fibromyalgia, arthritis, complex regional pain syndrome, as well as mental health issues such as depression/anxiety, PTSD, and chronic stress.
A dancer and figure skater since the age of 3, Kayla is very passionate about movement and expression. This led her to teach dance and fitness classes since 2003, completing yoga teacher training in 2013, and has been teaching ever since! Kayla’s life experience gives her a rich understanding of the human body and all the strength it possesses. She aims to help support and empower others through using a focused and well-rounded approach to healing.
