Dr. Anita NATARAJAN, MD

Anita Natarajan was born and raised in B.C. and has practiced as a Family Physician in the Lower Mainland for the past 24 years. She currently works as a GP in Oncology at BC Cancer in Vancouver.

After years of seeing patients struggling with sleep difficulties, Anita decided to get training in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-i) – an evidence-based, drug-free treatment program for insomnia. At Performance Clinic, Anita is offering 5-session CBT-i to help those with insomnia sleep well again, and maximize their productivity and performance.

CBT-i is not time consuming or difficult.  It just requires consistency and commitment.  Clients can maintain their social life while on the program.  

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES:

The client has a sleep log to fill out each morning, a task that takes no longer than 2 minutes. This will be done for 5 weeks total (or the full duration of the program),and provides insightful data into sleep depth, continuity, circadian rhythm and other useful information.   There are no other purchases other than session costs.
